  Terrible customer service. I had bought a 25 dollar pair of retention ring pliers and they were happy to accept my money. Went home and not even 30 seconds into using them how they were made to be used, the pliers broke. I took the tool back to exchange it and they refused to refund me or exchange the tool and said it was store policy to send the tool to corportate for abuse review, followed by attitude from the manager which also led to my attitude and him asking me to leave the store. This company is a joke. Never buy tools here. Don’t go buy googles store rating. Go by yelps reviews this place only has 2 stars and it deserves it.

  Called for makita carbon brushes . They said they had them in stock . I drove down to pick them up and they did not have any . I said did you do a physical check , well no the computer said we have them . It took a long time for them to tell me they did not have them . I should send them an invoice for wasting my valuable time. I was there one other time to pick up some long regular screw drivers that I had bought there one time before and they said oh we don't carry those any more , I'm done with this place . They are very expensive also , you can buy all there tools online . There were no costumers when I was in the store , give them 1 more year and they will be out of business
